We want you—and your companions—to feel completely confident with every Twig & Tail purchase. If something arrives damaged or not quite right, we're here to help.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of fulfillment. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of wellness products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened supplements or treats—unless the item is defective.

Houseplant orders are considered final sale due to their perishable nature and are not eligible for return or refund.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Simply email us at care@twigandtail.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps with care and clarity.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for processing, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Do you cover return shipping?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or sent in error.
If your return is accepted, a flat return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund. This helps us maintain fair pricing while ensuring care and quality at every step.

Do you accept international returns?

At this time, we’re only able to accept returns from within the United States.
